The web site contains no "Keyword" search database. Experience has shown that the success of such systems is limited. Instead, each member is represented by an individual "home page". This introduces the member to the client, outlining pertinent details such as skill set, length of experience and contact details.
Clients are encouraged to make direct contact with required members. Exceptions to this are shown on the Member's home page. For security or privacy reasons it is sometime necessary to describe a member without mentioning names.
